I’m Ryan, a communication coach helping multilingual software engineers speak clearly, express their ideas effectively, and build confidence in meetings.
Early in my career, I noticed something: My business English students weren’t struggling with grammar or vocabulary - they were struggling to structure their thoughts, explain ideas clearly, and make an impact in discussions.
That’s when I realized my focus: helping engineers develop the communication skills they need to be understood and respected at work. Because the truth is, more English lessons won’t fix this.
My Approach
